ÉRE will run their annual Terry Fox Run on Friday, Sept 25, 1:45 pm on the ÉRE playground.
This is the 40th year of Terry Fox Runs after Terry started the Marathon of Hope in 1980. During the Marathon of Hope, Terry ran a marathon (42 kms) each day for 143 days before cancer overtook his body. We will keep Terry's dream alive and bring further awareness for cancer research.
Each student is requested to bring a 'toonie for Terry'. We will forward all donations to the Terry Fox Foundation for cancer research.
Families are welcome to join us for the event knowing that we must practice physical distancing.
